About Kelsey

Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer and Dance Teacher.

My passion has always been movement

I’m Kelsey and I am a Yoga student and teacher as well as a Personal Trainer and Dance teacher.

I studied my 200hr Hatha Vinyasa Yoga course in South Goa India and passed in March 2020 just before all borders were closed due to COVID-19.

I have been a PT and Group Exercise instructor since July 2017 and haven’t looked back.

My passion has always been movement and I have always been at my happiest when in an active job and being surrounded by good people.

I love seeing others achieve, seeing a smile on their face when they do something, they didn’t think they could. I like helping others and seeing people reach their full potential.

I am far from perfect myself and have been through a journey before becoming a PT and entering the world of Yoga.

I am still on that journey.

I love getting outside on a long walk, writing, singing and dancing

I have experience in teaching small and very large group classes, 1-1, teaching online, teaching children, teens and adults over 80 years!

I am always a student first. I am always eager to learn and I am grateful for the opportunities that I have had and how this can help others.

Outside of all that: I am a daughter, a sister, a friend to the people closest to me. I love the arts and have a background in Musical Theatre before coming into the health and fitness industry. I love getting outside on a long walk, writing, singing, dancing, music! I love to travel and experience new cultures and of course, spending time with those I love.

I have several qualifications, all of which have fascinated or interested me

I love to learn, but I believe that no matter how many qualifications I have – ultimately, it’s who I am, that will make me the trainer or teacher for you.
